機場巴士進城，住進 Haugen Pensjonat。這個緯度這個季節，凌晨仍天亮。
The airport bus into town, and a room at Haugen Pensjonat. At this latitude, this season, it's still daylight past midnight.
往南走到路盡頭 · 再回鎮上
South to the Road's End
健行前的下午，先沿谷地往南走到道路盡頭（Nybyen 方向），再折回鎮上逛超市、補給。
The afternoon before the hike — first south down the valley to where the road ends (toward Nybyen), then back into town for the supermarket and supplies.
全球種子庫健行
Seed Vault Hike
開車到山腳，跟嚮導沿山稜線垂直爬上爬下——俯瞰人類為防末日保存全球種子的金庫入口。
Drive to the foot, then a steep climb straight up the ridge and back with the guide — looking down on the entrance to humanity's doomsday store for the world's seeds.

健行後趁著永晝，往東南開進 Adventdalen 谷地兜一圈再折回。深夜仍亮如白晝。
After the hike, a drive southeast into Adventdalen and back under the midnight sun — bright as day well past midnight.
North Pole 探險館
North Pole Expedition Museum
狗拉車前的下午，逛 North Pole 探險館——飛艇、破冰船、人類抵達北極點的歷史。
The afternoon before the dog cart — the North Pole Expedition Museum: airships, icebreakers, and the history of reaching the Pole.
狗拉車 · Green Dog 基地
Dog Carting · Green Dog
夏季版狗拉車，雪橇換成輪式車架——在海岸拉了一圈。之後開車到城南 Green Dog 基地，看小狗、喝熱飲，再開車回旅館。
The summer version of dog sledding — the sled swapped for a wheeled cart, one loop along the coast. Then a drive to the Green Dog base south of town to meet the puppies over a hot drink, before driving back.
出海 · 冰川與野生動物
Out to Sea · Glaciers & Wildlife
早上港口出發，雙體船駛出 Isfjorden——一路開到峽灣盡頭的冰川前折返，看野生動物與藍冰，再開回港口。原訂快艇取消臨時改的，反成焦點。
Out from the harbor in the morning — a catamaran into Isfjorden, all the way to the glacier at the head of the fjord and back, among wildlife and blue ice. The speedboat we'd booked was cancelled; this last-minute swap became the highlight.

出海回來，逛斯瓦爾巴博物館——煤礦、極地探險、北極生態的故事。

Bjørndalen 狐谷
Bjørndalen · Fox Valley
機場以西的 Bjørndalen——名字叫「熊谷」其實是狐谷。健行 5.9 公里，加熱水就能吃的乾燥飯野餐，遠遠看到一隻北極狐。
Bjørndalen, west of the airport — its name means "Bear Valley" but it's really fox country. A 5.9 km hike, a freeze-dried picnic, and one arctic fox, far off.
傍晚逛鎮
Evening in Town
狐谷健行後，趁永晝在鎮上散步、採買補給，最後一晚。
After the fox-valley hike, a stroll and last supplies under the midnight sun — the final evening.

離開前的上午，在鎮上做最後採買——明信片、紀念品、補給。
The last morning before leaving — final shopping in town: postcards, souvenirs, supplies.
